BOOKING INFO:
For the confirmation of your reservation we ask you a deposit .This is the 30% of the total amount per room. As soon as we receive the deposit we will send you a booking confirmation.
You can make the deposit with:

IMPORTANT : Please write on the purpose of your transfer order the SURNAME, NAME and the PERIOD of the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- In case of cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the date of arrival: the paid deposit can be transformed into a voucher which can be used for a booking during the current or next year.
-In case of cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the date of arrival or no show: The deposit will be lost.
Check-in, check-out
The rooms are available from 12:00 p.m. on arrival-day and guests are required to leave the room by 10:00 a.m. on departure day, apart from extraordinary circumstances.
On arrival all guests of the hotel, including children, are required to show their documents for registration.
The guest must to inform the hotel of a late arrival. Otherwise the room is until to 24.00 hours of the arrival day reserved , after that the Hotel can rent the room to other guests .
FURTHER INFORMATIONS:
- The city tax is not included in the prices. For 4-stars Hotels is of Euro 1,00.— per day per Person from 2 years of age.
- Conditions of payment: The guests from countries of the European Community can pay cash up to a maximum of Euro 999,00.--. The credit cards accepted are: Visa, Master Card, Bancomat, Maestro, Carta Si, Ec-Karte.
- The umbrella on the beach is available to the guests from the day of arrival until the day of departure ( not included).
-Restaurant/Bar:
•Meals not consumed for any reason , without prior notice, will not be refunded.
•The half board and the full board started from the day of arrival and ending with breakfast on departure day, save according with the reception.
•Cash payments at the bar or restaurant are not accepted, the consumations will be pay on the final bill.
