The chef and his staff

The chef Soliman Cignacco delights from many years the taste of our guests.
He comes from the next region Friuli and knows well his land and the secrets of a perfect cuisine.
His experience covers also the pâtisserie thanks to his experience working as confectioner in four stars hotels for many winter seasons.
Our guests can taste fruit pies, Linzer Torte, chocolate muffins, plum-cakes, chocolate puddings, amaretto and other delicacies.
